The six-story, 94,000-sf hotel includes 178 keys, a lounge, an upscale restaurant, a commercial kitchen, a fitness room, multipurpose space, and interior bike parking. The ground floor features 1,900 sf of retail space and essential back-of-house facilities. Built on a challenging urban parcel with limited laydown area, the project included a full MEPF design-build scope managed through preconstruction and permitting, as well as the demolition of two existing buildings prior to new construction. As part of the Choice Hotels brand, the Cambria Hotel brings elevated design, premium finishes, and modern hospitality to the heart of Portland’s Pearl District.
